What's the ₱30 booking fee — is it a hidden charge?+
The opposite of hidden — it's on every invoice, and it only ever fires when a guest actually books AND pays. Never on inquiries or tire-kickers. At roughly 1% of a booking, it's a fraction of the 15–25% the OTAs take. You only pay Suki more when Suki makes you money.

What if I go over my included AI chats?+
We ping you at 80% so there's never a surprise. Extra chats are prepaid ₱500 packs of 150 — like loading e-load, you top up on purpose. And you only hit overage when you're flooded with guests, which means you're busy earning.
Will the AI invent prices or fake availability?+
No. Suki can only read your real rate-card and live calendar — it literally cannot quote a price or a date you didn't set. Anything feels off? Tap once to take over the chat yourself; the AI goes quiet and even drafts your reply.
