Who we are
Suki is an AI front desk for resorts and stays. Business owners use Suki to answer guest messages, quote rates, hold bookings, and collect downpayments on their behalf.
What we collect
- From business owners: account details (name, email), business information (rates, photos, policies, payment details), and connection credentials for messaging channels they choose to link.
- From guests messaging a business: the messages and images they send, their name and chat identifier from the platform they used (e.g. Facebook Messenger), and booking details they provide (dates, party size, mobile number, payment screenshots).
How we use Facebook data
When an owner connects their Facebook page, Suki receives the page's messages through Meta's Messenger Platform and uses them for exactly one purpose: answering that page's guests on the owner's behalf and managing the bookings that come from those conversations. We do not sell this data, use it for advertising, or use it for anything beyond providing the service. Access can be revoked anytime by disconnecting the page in Suki's settings or removing the app in Facebook settings.
How data is protected
Channel credentials and payment provider keys are encrypted at rest. Conversations and bookings are isolated per business — no business can see another's data. We keep data only as long as the business account is active.
Data deletion
Business owners can disconnect any channel instantly in Settings → Channels, and can request full deletion of their account and all associated data — including guest conversations — by emailing privacy@suki.ph. Guests may request deletion of their conversation data through the business they messaged or by contacting us directly at the same address. We complete deletion requests within 30 days.
